Are you looking for a shooting sport that can provide you with the enjoyment of spending time with some of the best folks you will ever meet? Or perhaps you are searching for some good natured competition with a variety of ways to hone your skills. Maybe it's a desire to bring back those childhood memories of Gene, Roy, Hoppy and The Duke that have peaked your interest in cowboy action shooting. Whatever the reason, you can probably satisfy it here. You will meet some terrific cowboys and cowgirls and foster many new friendships. You'll often find yourself laughing and smiling until it aches. Folks will lend you anything they can and help you out with with neverending advice to get you started. All you need to do is step onto the range and say howdy. The cowboys and cowgirls at El Posse Grande will do all they can to bring you into the fold. Our monthly cowboy shoots are held on the 4th Sunday of each month from March through October. Registration takes place at 8:00 am to 9:30 am. A mandatory safety meeting begins at 9:35 and the shooting starts at 10:00 am. Our 2011 shooting schedule is at the bottom of this page. If you are already taking part in cowboy shooting, we would like to invite you to our range. If you are intested in getting started, stop by and check us out. We shoot 6 stages at a regular monthly match. Our range features several false front shooting bays with other props, both large and small, adding to the atmosphere. A hearty all-you-can-eat cowboy lunch can be found at our cowboy clubhouse for a small donation.
Registration fees are as follows:
